  • My experience has been amazing. From the sales process with Mike Anderson, to the install with Tyler Stinson and tech set up with Darren Martin. Mike took the team to evaluate our needs, and budget before recommending any machines. The two options we narrowed it down to were very close but with his eye for our wants he showed us what machine would best fit our business. He made a personal visit to the office prior to install to check in and be sure we were satisfied and I appreciate that touch. Install was scheduled quite easily over the phone with just a couple questions. On the morning of install Tyler showed up and checked out of office set up and brought in the machine hooking it up quickly with no issues. He took the time to gather our staff and train us all on the various functions. James was patient with us and installed the print drivers for the whole office. He also took time with me to show me the online interface.
