  • Expensive and inaccurate. Had an outdoor shower that had two handles, but always ran cold. Troubleshooting provided was the hot water cartridge must of gone out. Replaced the cartridge (and apparently had to also replace the cold cartridge too at the same time) and nothing changed - still cold water. Had a second plumber come out and he immediately knew that the outdoor shower was only plumbed to cold and a whole new water line would need to be run. So spent a few hundred for nothing there. Also had low flow issues with the toilets. Cost me a few hundred more to just have them raise the fill valve level up to max. The plumbers were nice, professional, nice vans. Just expensive and spending five hundred for nothing rubs ya.
