  • You can smell the freshness, taste the experience, and feel the technique with every bite. I have profound respect for the amazing and delicious croissants and pastries Tasso serves up. It must be a labour of love, or perhaps madness, to specialize in such a time consuming and small batch venture. I don't write a lot of reviews these days, but I wanted to put the word out that these are most certainly the best flaky pastries in Cabbagetown, and I'm sure they could compete with the best in the city.
