  • Don't...Sears may be the name of the place you call, but "it definitely isn't Kansas any more"...the guy pretended that he needed a part even though I'd told them exactly the part that was needed. He drove around the block maybe twice, came back with the "part" which he said he'd gotten at a place on Sandhill and Russell...I checked...an empty building. He did a really sloppy job, and the charge was way more than it should have been.
