  • If you have an option, go somewhere else. Had to wait for my MRI for over an hour as they said the machine was down. Came to pick up my CD today and seems like it's there MO as all the patients have been waiting for 1+ hour for their services. The front desk lady with the white coat tells everyone the same thing, "sorry we have technical difficulties with the machine and it takes 30 min for the machine to reboot." Said the same thing to me when I had my MRI done. A lady who's 100 yrs old been waiting for 1.5 hours. Her family member is asking her when she will be taken inside. Ridiculous! Waiting for my CD to get copied for the last 20 min. Told me, it will take 10 min. No one seems to know what they are doing with the computers. Asking a lady for copay when she's telling them repeatedly her insurance don't require copay. Finally called someone and of course the lady was telling them the same thing. Still waiting for my CD. Worst place ever.
