  • Came here today for the first time with coworkers as it's super close to our office. My husband has raved about it so I had to bring friends to try it out! We ordered a variety of different sandwiches - both lunch and breakfast sammies - and we all enjoyed what we ordered. I got the curried turkey sandwich and side kale salad. The real star here is the customer service and friendly staff. The owner came out to personally ask if we enjoyed our meals and offered to replace the sandwich, no questions asked, if we were unsatisfied. They were super fresh and delicious! I also really liked the kale salad. The only thing I would agree with about other reviewers is that the portions are not huge. In many ways this is great, and I left feeling satisfied, but I was STARVING in about 2 hours. I think many local places overserve you and Zookz does not. I would have probably had room for dessert. However, the prices are fantastic. I can't say enough pleasant things about the customer service and that will bring me back for another lunch experience. Next on my list is the ham sandwich with black beans and chipotle sauce...yum!
