  • This review is based solely on the weekend massage waiting time and process. The process needs to be greatly improved. I arrived around 12:30pm and was told it would be about an hour wait. It's now 2:19pm and I'm still waiting. I have gone up to the front desk numerous times asking how much longer and they respond with 10-20 minutes. They make the waiting room very cold and it's like being in a school cafeteria. I wish they would make it more cozy. They put crummy movies on a standard TV that no one watches. How about put some music on like most waiting rooms if you're trying to drain out the noise? How about putting up an electronic waiting list so that people know where they are on the list? How about allowing for those to make reservations ahead of time? How about not giving unrealistic time frames when I ask? You could just say anywhere between 1-8 hours.
