  • Tried the online check-in, but the lady at the front desk just threw it in a bin. It tells then that people are coming, it doesn't change how long you wait. I waited 2 hours to see someone while being surrounded by too many sick people. There wasn't any hand-sanitizer nor any face masks. Yuck. The front desk person was rude and unhelpful, refusing to give any indication of the wait time or how many people were ahead of me. The PA was nice and efficient, but there are plenty of other urgent care places with better staff and better hygiene.
