  • I called and reserve 2 boxes (12/box) for pick up around 3 weeks in advance. After reading many comments and friends testimonials, I was nervous that when we get there they might not have our order. Luckily we called them when we were stuck in traffic on our way there to make sure and yea, they dont have my order -.- but the lady was kind and said they can make it now for pick up (this was around 4:45pm) There are 2 locations. One is on the second floor inside pacific mall and the other is at another building next to pacific mall called market village. So if you do are picking up your orders, go to market village. Both places didnt have much customers. I thought there would be lines of people but there wasnt. Guess we chose a good day to go and pick up. When we got to the market village location, the lady had our orders packed in 2 boxes and wrote how many were in each box. She was kind (i expected rude and attitude people as per comments read on yelp and friends) She also confirmed the price for the egg rolls (4.50 bag) We also got an order of egg waffle ($3/ea or 2 for $5)After i paid her, she gave us an extra bag of egg waffle for free! She handed it to me with a smile. I was surprised cause after reading so many negative reviews, the last thing we would expect was a free egg waffle lol. It tasted good, not like HK egg waffles quality but still good and crispy on the side. There was an elderly making the egg rolls. Overall, my expectation was off. Guess you wont know what to expect until you are there.
