rev:text	This is simply the worst food service ever. I received this service as a gift after the birth of my twins. I was excited at the thought of not having to cook but I would have way rather spent the money on groceries then this. First of all at around $17 per entree per person why on earth would not we just order in. There are many places I can order dinner for two hot to my door for the same price. But again I had no choice as it was a gift. Second they predetermined my meals...What?... Um I would like to make my own meal choices. Third so once I re-chose my meals there were 18 entrees coming (2x9 dinners) for my husband and I. All this in one delivery. If we wanted it in more deliveries we had to pay extra..Can you believe that? That's supposed to be part of the whole convenience thing right? Any way fourth the food comes and some of the meals the seal was broken and they all looked slightly freezer burned. But the worst part was the food itself was absolutely TERRIBLE!!!! I mean inedible. I would literally eat Kraft dinner before this or any store bought frozen meal. Not to mention it takes 35 minutes to heat. I can easily throw together a pasta and salad in that time that is fresh! So again why wouldn't we just order in. Overall this place is a complete waste of money and I feel so bad my friends and family spent their money on this when we ended up throwing it all out. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! Thanks for the response Tracy G. but none of what you replied changes my experience or that fact that the food was just plain awful. UPDATE: just tried Chefs Plate and it was a 1000x better!
