  • This is my 4th year living here. First time i paid rent 29th of the month and dated 30th on it. And put the money to my bank account on 31st of may. But they charged me 100$ penalty fee.. WORST LEASING OFFICE EVER.. they re not helpful at all They just come up and talk... they never smile and so mean ... LIFEGUARD IS SMOKING CIGARETTE IC ATTACHED A PICTURE. Its crazy
