  • My experience is not in the store but how they helped us over the phone for an exchange. My fiancĂ© bought a pair of Uggs on sale at the Caesar's location. When he brought them home as a gift they did not fit. We went to The Grove in LA to exchange them but they did not carry the same style. :( She said we could purchase them online but they would be full price! No thank you! So they called the LV outlets and got Nicole. She not only honored the sale price, but offered to ship them to me for free! Awesome service! The only problem, the associate at The Grove typed my address wrong! SMH. When I didn't receive the shoes I ordered over two weeks, ago I called the LV outlet and got Danny, the store manager. He looked it up, saw the error and said the shoes were expected to be returned to them that day. He said he would slap a new label on it same day with my correct address and OVERNIGHT it. NO CHARGE. Thank you Danny and Nicole, you guys are great and the awesome customer service is much appreciated!
