  • Avoid at all costs! The last time I went to these crooks, I went to get my tie-rods looked at on my Matrix (a last minute thing before a camping trip). Considering how I had just bought the car the previous year, I knew that there couldn't be much wrong with it. These geniuses had the nerve to try and tell me that the car needed all new struts, and that it would cost me over $3K. Long story short, I took the car in to our family mechanic and the car was absolutely fine.
