I lived in London for 5 years and one of the main things we miss is the British pub culture. This pub is by far the most authentic and traditional British-style pub we've seen in Western Canada. It's quickly become our Kensington "local", in English parlance. We stop by here often on the walk home from work. Like any good old London pub, the K-pub looks like an extension of your home, with nooks & crannies and strange maze like floorplan. There's also a small rooftop balcony during the new months it's warm enough to enjoy. The staff are always friendly and attentive. The food is purely British comfort food like fish & chips, shepherd's pie, yorkies and Sunday roast. Theres a good selection of beer too although I hope they will consider adding some proper British "pull" pints.
