  • What a wonderful experience from start to finish! Was given their name from a personal referral and told they were fair and honest. Decided to call them and JOE the Manager answered the phone, with a great attitude, like he was happy to hear from me. By the way this was on Black Friday the busiest shopping day of the year! Told me to come by regarding my tire pressure sensors said they'd be happy to check it out for me and before I paid to replace them he would take a look and perhaps all it needed was a reset which wouldn't cost anything...Turns out he was right. He explained how the sensors work and he also explained it is possible for them to go out because of the type of battery that they use on a closed system. However more often than not, it's simply a reset that's necessary by someone who knows how to do it properly. He explained the process and it made a lot of sense compared to the other place I went to for the diagnostic, who I overheard say to the manager about my reset, that he wasn't sure how to use the machine. Not a good sign, however unwittingly at the time I paid for a new sensor which was $300. Decided to go check out the word of mouth referral I'd received previously just in case. Well I now have my wits about me, Hee hee and I proceeded to go back and get a refund from Big O. Thank you JOE at Superior Tire, YOU have earned my business in the future and will refer any and all your way! HONEST, GENUINE and FAIR!!!
