  • Came in to get supplies for my oil change and replace spark plugs, later that day I decided I didn't want to change my oil myself, but I lost my receipt. I called the store up and Henry picked up the phone and said they have my purchase on file from my rewards account, he said come in and he would take care of me. I came back and he returned my purchase and even offered to help me figure out how to install my spark plugs! I recommend that if you go to O'reilly's and you don't have the car IQ, come and see Henry, he's the Asian guy with tattoos. He will take care of you!
