  • Today, I was THAT person. I arrived at a business minutes before closing with hopes of receiving service. Fully aware of my actions, I walked in timidly and asked if it was too late for a pedicure. To my surprise I was greeted with a smile and welcomed to pick a color. This wasn't my first visit to Best Nails but definitely one that warrants a review. The service is always friendly. Like any salon, some techs are better than others but I've never been disappointed with an experience. Today though, I was especially impressed with the customer service they provided last minute and after closing. Thank you, Best Nails, for always exceeding my expectations.
