When i arrived the check in line was pretty long and there were only 4 people doing check in. 2 of which would leave for a few minutes between each checked in customer. But lines tend to be long when checking in so it wasnt really too shocking. But another couple people doing check in when they get busy would be nice. Not sure why but they upgraded my room to an Executive Suite. A very nice room for sure. It was nice and clean and much larger than the regular rooms. But it needed a little tlc. One of the couch cushons was busted open and in some corners and not so easily cleaned places it was very dusty and a bit gross. My chapstick had rolled off of the dresser in the bathroom and i had to move it to get my chapstick. It was really gross back there. I found a reciept someone had dropped back there dated 2 and a half years ago. So gross. But if you didnt pay too close of attention the room looked very clean. The bed was great, so comfy. I loved having a mini fridge that was not stocked with extremely overpriced things. Just there to use. And the jacuzzi tup was very nice and big. The walk in shower was nice too, and better water pressure than other hotel/casinos that I have stayed at.
I did find the casino was not very exciting like some of the others.
I will stay again, its nice enough. Just not great.
Also wanted to add that they now have a CVS Pharmacy. Its a great place to buy one of those ready made sandwiches and some chips and a drink relatively inexpensive. And a good place to grab some booze. I like to cut some corners where I can.
