  • DIRTY! I had to ask the nail tech to clean the chunks of someone else's nails from the table she sat me down at and she just shook off the towel and put it back. She started the shellac portion of my mani and then left me under the uv light while she tended to someone else's pedi. My hands were under for longer than 2 min and I took them out bc my hands were uncomfortably hot. She told me that my hands were not hot and it was fine to leave them under for so long. She then left her pedi customer and did not remove her gloves or wash her hands and tried to cont with my shellac. Within a day my shellac started to chip because she painted on my cuticle that she should have removed during the mani. Very sloppy, dirty, poor customer service, and total waste of $$. Will not recommend this place to anyone or come back myself.
