  • I tried making an appointment here 3 different times, one back in February, another last month and again today. I tell them what day I need and they say they can help me set up an appointment and then proceed to ask how I heard about their location. I tell them that I bought their groupon and they immediately say they are booked without even asking what time of day I need. Remember this happened 3 different times. They do accept walk ins, but the groupon will only be accepted if you have an appointment. I told the lady on the other line I have tried several times to book the appointment and she miraculously had an appointment available but only very early in the morning on a weekday. I told her I was working then and would need an evening appointment. She advised me to get my money back from groupon. If they don't want to accept the groupons then why have them? Total waste of time.
