  • My husband and I purchased a oversized gray chair from here. Prices were decent + most of the furniture seemed to be in good condition. Staff was helpful and nice- we had no complaints when we left. We have had the chair for about a month in our smaller living area, which has taken a bit to get "put together". Now that its done and we spend time in there we have noticed the chair smells badly of cat urine. The entire chair, every cushion. Mind you, we don't have a cat, never have had one. We live in a brand new house and none of our other new furniture from other stores has this smell. Just this chair. It is so bad, we can't even sit on it. I have tried to call the store but I haven't been able to get through to anyone. Hoping the business reads this review and helps us out. Not sure what to do- we are assuming the couch was ruined at the warehouse and we weren't able to smell it until we got it home.
