  • Took our car in for a routine oil change because it was due for one. Left with a car that was making weird noises before we even left the block. Turned right back and was told it was rocked in the tires making the noise. Waited for them to remove the rocks and left again and before even getting all way down the road again heated the noises start up and now the lights were coming on. Turned back around and was told to leave the car because they couldn't get to it until Monday and we would have to find our own ride home because they were closing. Took the car back Monday for the service "manager" to make all kinds of excuses as to what was wrong and how our full warranty we have doesn't cover it and how it was just a "coincidence" that all these problems happened after they did the oil change. Worst service ever.
