This supermarket isn't much of a standout and probably gets overlooked when shoppers go to the Strip for Asian groceries in favor of WFH or Lotus. It seems that have a bit less in the way of fresh goods, with more shelved products instead. They do seem to have a good selection of Thai and Southeast Asian things though.
What is less known and took me an eternity to find out is that they sometimes serve lunch items either outside the store or inside in front of the windows. Seems like it's a weekly thing on Saturdays. They will have a couple options like papaya / pork salad or curry rice noodles with meatballs, each in the range of $5-7. These are served in a very street-eats fashion and is quite faithful to the nature of sampling different foods along the Strip. Everything is inexpensive but super tasty, and there's a small table for eating in, from which you can add fresh bean sprouts and leaves to your liking.
They also have accompaniments and sweets for taking out, like sticky rice (in a pouch) and green tea / mung bean Thai moon cakes, which are awesome.
