  • Excellent. I didn't buy my phone from this store, but they were kind enough to service my Vertu regardless. I met with Horace, very nice guy, who sent my phone off to the US headquarters in Boston for repair. I was emailed regularly to update me on the progress of the repairs, and received a phone call upon the delivery of my phone. No charge. No fuss. You could argue that great service is expected with expensive products, but in my experience they over delivered and I'm a very happy customer. Five stars, highly recommend this store.
