  • I have been coming here for six years for pedicures. Although my pedicure was a very nice, I was very disappointed to have to wait 20 minutes although I had an 11:00 appointment. They did not hesitate to take TWO walk-ins (who confirmed they did not have an apt) right before me. I find that very frustrating and rude! I soaked for nearly 20 minutes and almost walked out! OBI, please take those who have apt first! The most important part of a reservation is KEEPING it. P.S. This was my Valentine's Day gift
