  • Found a 435i on the lot that Henderson BMW had on Auto Trader, told the internet salesman I wanted it but he was off. He told me he would call and "make sure it was held," of course the next morning it was "sorry it's sold." Either the car was never really for sale (and they were just fishing for buyers) or they just outright lied. Either way they proved a point I will be telling everyone, you can't trust these people. If you have read other reviews you will see they are either one star or five stars. I have noticed that as soon as this business gets a bad review (often) their are immediately several five star reviews, clearly they are manipulating their overall score.
