  • Dealt with this company after receviing a referral from a business associate. Was rather surprised at the poor communication between company and myself. It was very difficult to get responses via emails. Returned phone calls often took 1-3 days. When my first tenant moved out of the property, they also voiced their disappointment. The new tenant (who happen to be a friend) called to tell me everything the property management DID NOT do. There were a few months when I did not receive monthly reports or accounting of money spent. I had to call several times before I finally got the reports. However, even after I received the reports, I could not understand them. The bookkeepping is so bad that I am still trying to figure out what I have been paying for all these months. If I am new to property management companies, I might think that this is the norm but I deal with 3 other companies and this particular one has been far below satisfactory.
