Pretty busy for Sunday morning. The crowd died down by the time I left, which was around 1-2ish. Small store size, more for take out than an actual sit-down. Drinks are kinda pricey, especially the hot drinks that are supposed to be "exclusive for Toronto". I got the medium size O-matcha sesame latte and the matcha cream puff. The total came to $9.89 ($6 for latte and $2.75 for the cream puff) and I had to pay in cash bc they didn't accept debit nor credit at the time. The latte was okay. It wasn't too sweet and it wasn't too bitter. App you can choose the level of matcha in your latte. The server didn't ask me that when I made my order. Matcha cream puff is okay too. Nothing too much to stand out on either one of them. My friend got one of the soft serve ice creams. The size was pretty small for the price that they are charging. Then again, I guess that's what you get for buying from a store that imports it's ingredients. Overall experience? Good for coming out to see the hype. I'm gonna stick to my $4.25 Starbucks green tea latte instead. At least there's wifi and comfortable seating for a windy day like today.
