  • Nicest liquor staff I've ever encountered. Ever since my coworker introduced me to natural wine (which is made without sulfites and a more "natural" process. Cons include non-uniformity between bottles, but pros include no hangovers!), I've always asked whenever I've been purchasing. It took a sec to find a staff member, but when she didn't know what it was, she went off to find her manager. He had been on break and she grabbed him as soon as he got off. He didn't know either and they both embarked on a google search and online search of their store. Alas, LCBO had zero natural wine selection, but in the process they learned about a new type of wine and really went out of their way to help a customer. Regardless, their selection is huge, prices are quite affordable, and the check out is fast!
