  • BUYER BEWARE! I purchases a sofa, love seat, media center, coffee table and two end tables in August. There was a breakdown in communication and they delivered my furniture the wrong day. When my furniture arrived, they delivered two love seats. In Dec. The fabric on my sofa wore so thin two holes developed. I started a claim with their company immediately. It is now almost almost April and they still have not resolved my issue. Every time I call, they tell me a part is coming or someone will call me. Its hard to believe a company treats their customers this way. When I told the customer service agent from corporate that I wanted the sofa exchanged instead of fixed because I don't trust the integrity of the coach, she told me well, you don't get what you want. We will make the decision. BUYER BEWARE!
