rev:text	Terrible company to deal with. I have contacted them via email and phone with questions and cannot get a reply. Our AC went out and when called at 3:30pm on a Thursday they were already out of the office for the day. Called the emergency line and they would not send out maintenance to help. Luckily our landlord is a good guy and he was very helpful in resolving the issue. I hope he is not paying them a monthly fee to "manage" his property. If he is, he is getting robbed.
