  • I don't usually write reviews on places unless my experience was really terrible or really outstanding. It's always more fun to write a positive review and help promote people, places and businesses so I'm pleased to be sharing my recent experience at Pacific Sales in Chandler. With most things that I don't know much about (cars, electronics, appliances, tools, etc), I will always do as much due diligence as I can on my own before making a purchase because I'm very skeptical of most "salesmen" and the quality of products they are selling. When I decided to purchase brand new appliances for the first time, I felt overwhelmed trying to compare the customer reviews, warranties, efficiency features, among other crucial specs, and most importantly, trying to find the BEST DEAL!! After getting as prepared as possible, I ventured into Spencers in Chandler, and while the salespeople did offer some helpful product info, they also reinforced the "sleazy salesman" stereotype by circling around me like hungry vultures. I almost gave up on the whole thing but decided to just stop by Pacific Sales since it was right down the street. Boy was I glad that I did! I was instantly impressed by the beautiful showroom. It was bright and clean with a very sensible layout. BRANDON McHONE, a very polite and pleasant salesman greeted me and asked what he could help me with. After chatting for a few moments, I felt at ease and not like I was being pushed into a sale. Brandon answered every single question and concern that I had and addressed many other issues that I hadn't yet thought of in planning for my new appliances! I was blown away by his product knowledge and professionalism. Needless to say, I purchased my appliances that day, as Pacific Sales had the best prices I had seen and made the delivery/installation remarkably simple. Brandon followed up with me shortly after delivery and any time I have questions, I am able to reach him personally which is EXTREMELY important to me. I have already referred several friends and family members to Pacific Sales for their appliance and electronic needs and I don't think I will personally buy from anyone else! My experience was OUTSTANDING!!! Great prices, EXTRAORDINARY CUSTOMER SERVICE, the BEST products....Everything was A+++
