rev:text	The BEST cupcakes in Vegas!! Nobody else can even compare. With that being said, I would like to offer my apologies for not reviewing Retro a lot sooner. However, being that this is my 100th review, I would like it to be for my favorite cupcake place. What can I really say that hasn't been said already? I have been to pretty much every cupcake place in Vegas & most are definitely not anywhere near as good or mentionable, or even reviewable (IMO) for that matter. Kari really knows what she is doing ;) I have tasted most of the flavors just to say I have, but I like to stick to my faves: Chocolate Fountain, the Big Kahuna, Hop Scotch & the Retro. I'm usually a chocolate cake person, but when it comes to the vanilla cake...OMG! The moistocity is just insane! I really miss the Salted Caramel cupcake :( I was informed by Kari one day that she is trying to retool the recipe due to some issues with the old one. Here are some honorable mentions as well: Apple Cider, Milk & Cookies, Maple Bacon, Cookies & Cream & Mint Chocolate Chip. Fun Fact: I asked Kari one day if she had ever considered going on Cupcake Wars on Food Netrwork, and she said they had asked her, but she declined due to the fact that the participants recipes become property of the Food Network. You gotta respect that! I'm glad they didn't sell out just for exposure, which they have gotten plenty of on their own merit anyways. I believe, had Retro participated, they would've definitely smoked the competition.
