rev:text	Called Flores a.c. out to my mom's house in south Scottsdale because I don't live with her all communication was by phone things started great the lady on the phone was awsome even tried to get me a tech same day a tuff thing to do beginning of summer in az,gave her lots of info unfortunately tech was dispatched next day he called me 3 times for directions but wouldnt let me really finish them at all then when he was really lost in the complex I explained that I tried to make it easy but he kept gaming up before I was done. anyway it gets worse now they did refund my service call after my complaint, but he straight out lied to me about the problem he went straight into you need to replace ypur unit it's not repairable or wouldn't be worth the try to repair it. New unit cost 4500to5000 I'm like ok I'll get another est so I did when that company was there they asked of I would like an est for repair but they would have to diagnose first i said i had one called Flores a.c. back and they changed there story, because of this slight story change in the actual problem of the unit I asked the new company to go ahead and diagnose it paid for his service, he said it was a good trane unit that to lines had rubbed to gether from vibration causing a Freon leak but the old style Freon was pricy . He quoted me 750 to get it all up and running it's been almost 4 months since the repair still going strong threw are long az summer . And you guessed it no new unit needed the tech at Flores was very rude and short with my mother treating her like her opinions or questions didn't matter. Seeing that the techs last name was also Flores I'll awsome he was family.didpather did conform he was family. The dispatcher apologised for the issue at hand but famly or not if he was with my company he would be gone there's no integrity in not giving customers there options and lying about what you've found thinking they won't double check it ... so glad I didn't just jump on the new unit ,only real loss here other than faith in Flores a.c. is that my mom had to go a week with out air .
