  • I feel the opposite of most. The lines to get your reserved seats on days that popular shows are out move slow and take 5 times more than normal. Then getting assigned seats next to rude or inconsiderate people and not being able to move sucks. I am sure when it happens you could talk to management but seeing a movie should not be that hard. Go back to non reserved seating. Gave 2 stars instead of 1 because the seats are comfortable more so than the service and process.
