rev:text	On the good side, these apartments are in an excellent location and the grounds are kept immaculate by the landscapers. Also, if you like to host parties, the common areas are incredible. Unfortunately, the positives stop there and the first and main negative is the front office. When I first moved here, they were organized and on top of everything from maintenance requests and follow ups all the way to promptly completing other normal tenant requests. Those days are long gone and the current management lacks their predecessors communication skills and follow through. For example, I recently filed a maintenance request for a broken toilet. The maintenance man that finally responded (it took two attempts to get a response from the front office) tried changing a valve while the water pipe was still live and my apartment flooded for several hours. Finally they contacted a plumber and floor crew to stop the flood and dry the apartment out. No one from the office even stopped by to check the extant of the damage or to see if any of my property had been ruined. When I finally spoke to the manager about the incident to inform her of the damage and to see when a crew was coming to repair the extensive damage, she accused me of trying to squeeze them for free money and informed me she would no longer speak to me and that she'd have her manager call. Of course, she didn't follow through and the damage got worse. Finally I had to contact the management company through Facebook to speak to someone about having a crew come out the repair the damage. In the end, I never received even a rent credit for my damaged property or anything in the way of an apology for any of the unnecessary drama. Not too mention that the rent is absurdly high for "luxury living" that gets you a comparatively modest unit and a clubhouse with fancy lightbulbs. Don't fall for the curb appeal, this place has become substandard.
