  • Been a member for a few months now and wasn't fully five star appreciative until now. A few years ago my mom bought me a ring at a pow wow in Kansas on our mother's day road trip. Tonight for whatever reason I hung my ring on the hook in locker 70 instead of dropping in my gym bag, anyway... Couple hours later I remember where my ring was left. Called Abby, very professional and helpful young lady, she took some information down and said she would have someone call me back. And here is the part that earned the fifth star... Abby called my back herself to inform me the locker room attendant had found my ring and that it was waiting for me. I was very happy to get this very special ring back, so close to mother's day too! This is the gym for me! Oh yeah and the pool is great for laps!!!
