  • Four stars because i had to come back here to fix my hair with a different hair dresser (Kathy). I was satisfied after the second visit. Not sure if i should name the first hair dresser, let's just say that she seemed young and green.. my hair was uneven, when i asked for one length haircut-- not hard to do i think?! Also my hair was not completely blown dry, had so many products and smelled like something like hemp- which im not fond of.. It felt greasy and was just gross.. After i went home and washed my hair, I was upset and called them back and requested a do-over.. They were sincere and rescheduled me the next day. Kathy was not available when i first requested her due to many positive yelps about her, the receptionist recommended Lindsay? -- i cant remember her name-- oops.. Next time i will just schedule my appointment around Kathy's schedule.. Kathy was awesome- she accommodated to my needs and listened to my complaints and gave me a lot of feedback, suggestions and ideas. Very much appreciated.. She only used two products in my hair and they smelled and felt great on my hair.. I left happy the second time around.
