  • Aviata deserves 1 star due to the fact that the water gets turned off ever other week. It shuts off at times with no notice. There have been a numerous amount of break ins. My next store neighbor had his car stolen. There are 15 speed bumps on your way in and out of this place. When I moved in the bath room was dirty with numerous hairs scattered around the apartment. My sink stopper didn't work so I pulled it out and found at 3 foot strand of hairs from the former tenant. There are many more horror stories. Over all this is the biggest joke of a "luxury apartment" I've ever seen. Sorry, not sorry!
