rev:text	Under staffed, I was there just now to get a smog, I pulled up into the smog Bay parking spot as there was no one there being serviced at the moment. But then I was asked to move my car so somebody behind me to pull in because she claimed there she was there before me so I obliged and move my car, then I proceeded to sit there in the blistering Sun for over 10 minutes while the smog hadn't even been started on this vehicle. Although I was apologized to I still feel the service was crap. I will not be returning to Valvoline for any service in the future
