  • I go here because it is economical and super close to my house. On the whole, I am usually frustrated with the service because the staff are young and sometimes incompetent, hence the 3 stars. I did encounter a very helpful staff member, Peter, who adjusted my glasses. Overall, I do my research and find a staff member who I trust for my service here. Otherwise, it tends to be a frustrating experience if you are expecting high-level service. It's a good option for convenience and budget; but make sure you are informed, know what you want, and find a staff member who you get along well with.
