  • Looking to purchase a new Mazada? Great car I've owned three of them however my advise to you is DON'T purchase it from Earnhardt. This dealership is one hot mess! I have been lied to, had countless phone calls and texts ignored in an attempt to get someone to finally take ownership of my issue. In approximately 2 weeks time my salesman was gone as was the finance person, the sales manager and the General Manager who was going to be my " personal contact" to assure my issues were addressed. At the time of purchase I was told I would have my paperwork to bring to the DMV in 10 to 14 days since my credit was excellent. This was important because I had a trip out of town planned in 26 days from the purchase date. Well after 28 days I finally have my paperwork causing me to cancel my trip and costing me 3 vacation days at work. Thanks a lot Earnhart Mazada!! I have purchased many new vehicles over the years and this is by far the worse dealer I've ever experienced. Needless to say I will not do business with them again IF THEY EVEN ARE IN BUSINESS in the future. Wonder how many of the positive reviews posted are from friends and family members!!! Stay away from EARNHART MAZADA!!!
