  • I have been lucky enough to be part of the Avion community since March 2016. Management is incredible and they work with you. I have nothing but huge thumbs up for Marshal, Edith and Vicky. If there is an issue or you need their help, they are right there. Use the gym on a daily basis and if something goes wrong with the equipment, they are right on top of it. If maintenance is needed, they are on it fast. I heard the ownership had changed just before I arrived, so I am not sure if they were attentive before but today they are great. I have seen complaints on here regarding the second pool. I personally have spoken to management and they have shown me the broken pipes and concrete around the pool itself. It has been assured to me that repairs will be started at the beginning of 2017 and will be 100% ready to go for summer 2017. We actually had a complex BBQ (to meet the neighbors) with LVPD in attendance to assure that they are here to help and to let management know if there are issues, so LVPD can be right on top of it. As I stated before, I am lucky to find a community that is welcoming and the neighbors around me are welcoming.
