rev:text	Just not good. Today, a group of friends from work decided to visit Sunup Brewery Company to celebrate a co-worker's retirement. This was my second visit to Sunup Brewery Company and to be perfectly honest the food and the service just wasn't good. The staff at Sunup Brewery are warm, friendly, and extremely personable, which is why I feel terrible for calling out their food as bland and poorly executed. I really wanted to like Sunup Brewery so badly, however, the way to begin a meal is not with poor service, confusion, poor tasting food, while sitting in a stuffy smelling room. On this visit I ordered the "Red Chili Taco Special" which was served with spanish rice and black beans. The entire meal can only be described as horrible. The taco meat was bitter to the point of being unedible, and was served on a cold tortilla. The Spanish Rice was bland, flavorless, and mushy and the black beans tasted as if they were poured from a can onto the plate. I was able to eat a few bites of my meal but decided to leave the rest. A co-worker even tasted a portion of my meal and agreed it was awful. Moving onto the service. Our server advised us that he was new and we were a group of about 15, so I wasn't expecting him to act like a seasoned server. However, I didn't expect the poor service that we received. There was a lot of confusion about the ordering, serving, bills, and follow up to see if we were enjoying our meals, or needed anything. With that being said I am not in a rush to revisit anytime soon.
