  • I was very disappointed with service in Kimchi Korean BBQ in Las Vegas. First of all, there was a false advertisement. The signed said that cost for buffet is $16.95 except holidays, but when we came in, it was $22. The day was December 27, so there was no holiday. When I asked why the price is different, lady at the front desk said it was a holiday week. When I spoke with more senior waitress/manager and communicated to her that is was a false advertisement she just asked me to leave the place. I was going to leave, but my family wanted to stay. So we stayed and the end, when we got the check, the check included 18% tips included in our statement even though it was only three of us. The food was good, but service was terrible. I would recommend for them to change service management and start respecting their customers.
