  • I wanted to give this place five stars but due to the strange encounter with the host and hostess I can't. When four of us arrived at 4:30pm the hostess told us there was a 15-20 minute wait as we stood in an empty restaurant. They told us the kitchen was backed up and they couldn't seat any more people. We were fine with that and just wanted to sit down and enjoy a couple drinks. After some back and fourth one of them reluctantly took us to the island just past the bar threw down our menus and left. We could hear them griping about the situation from our table. It was just such a strange and awkward encounter I had a hard time enjoying my meal. After this however we had great service from our server and the food was delicious and incredibly fast considering the kitchen was backed up when we walked in. My favorite from the meal was the guacamole with pomegranate seeds on top. I would love to give this place another try in the future.
