  • The facilities are nice and clean. The staff however are completely useless and lack customer service skills. I still have not received a call back yet regarding a new member consultation. The staff at the front desk are always on their phones and seem to be preoccupied. Case in point today I decided to take a Zumba class and the front desk worker was unable to even tell me where I could find the class. The machines are new and are kept in good condition. The group classes are great too.
