  • I love chipotle. I been to several locations and this location was horrible. I went to this location because i was headong home from work and I live down the street and by the time I got home all my bowls were COLD even the meat and rice were cold like it wasn't being heated constantly. Not sure if they keeped up with the hot water underneath the metal containers. Usually the bowls are nice and warm and I never had an issue. Plus the web order my sister placed for herself and my boyfriend was wrong and they made it right in front of me ( I didnt know what they ordered so I assumed it was done correctly). The portions were little not like the other locations I been too. I couldnt even enjoy my food. So I barely ate anything. My money just went into the trash. Not very happy at all. I will not go back to this location again. I rather drive farther for a better service.
