rev:text	TOTAL SCAM! Was pretty good when it was new. Now they charge fees for things that don't even exist! Pets that you've never had! And damage to the carpet pad UNDER the carpet?!?!?! They literally LIE, refuse to fix false charges even when furnished proof! By the way there is NOBODY off property that can be gotten ahold of. Every call is sent back to the ONSITE LIARS AND THIEVES! NO ACCOUNTABILITY whatsoever! Nobody higher up gives a SHIT about ANYONE! This company is HORRIBLE! I regret the good reviews I left in the past for them! That was before getting ROBBED and having my credit destroyed for things I HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH! Even when we showed proof NOBODY CARED! After 12+ years living in apartments in Phoenix-THIS is by far THE WORST COMPANY IVE EVER DEALT WITH! Update: The response to my review is laughable! We spent months emailing them and sending proof that the charges were illegitimate! They didn't even try to be honest! Nothing but LIARS!
