The lady at the counter is friendly and the food is great. You can order non-spicy version of foods if you're not into spicy foods. The place is run by folks from Hong Kong as I understand it, and the food is prepared by Chinese cooks so you won't get overly Americanized food, which is awesome for me.
It's never crowded, which is a mystery. Maybe it's too far for those who appreciate Chinese food...? It's unfortunate. I grew up in various places in Asia so I like the fact that there is a good Chinese restaurant so close to home.
